Your voice file is delivered in 24 hours after you submit your order. Holidays and weekends are exceptions.

We first ask you if you want to offer a grace period of another 24 hours. Sometimes, unforeseen events cause delays. If you don't want to offer the grace period, we will refund your fee, and you will then choose a new talent for your job.

Not at this time. We want to respect our voice talent’s time and feel it’s fair to give them 24 hours, but not unreasonable. The talent often turns it around quicker, but it depends on their schedule.

It’s a good idea to request a sample on longer scripts, but sample reads are usually not necessary on short scripts. Adding as many details as possible in the voicing notes will help the talent attain what you are looking for.

When you place an order, you get one full revision, except for long scripts. With long scripts, it’s best to have the talent upload a sample read. If you need something done differently, you can then get a portion re-read. If more than one full revision is needed, the script will be treated as a new job.

If the talent makes mistakes in the read, such as missing words or mispronouncing words, you will get a re-read without charge even if you have already used your allotted free re-read. You can record an audio file for correct pronunciation if you wish.

Yes, you can, but we suggest reading it on your own to make sure the number of words will work within the time you’re shooting for.

Sure can. You can download a watermarked version. After you approve the read, the watermark is removed, and you can download the final voice.

Your file will be available for download for 120 days.

Well...yes. We will refuse any scripts that involve racism, endorse violence, or contain graphic sexual language.

No, you can't. It's only fair that our voice talent is paid for the work they do, and by cloning their voice, you are depriving them of work they should be compensated for.

Each character script in the same project must be uploaded separately. For advertising, you may not combine two different ads into one read. They must be uploaded separately as new projects.

You have 15 days to approve your voiceover before we consider it final and close the job. At that time, you can download the file without the watermark. Of course, you can approve it before 15 days and immediately download the final voice without the watermark.

When you purchase a voice over through Voice Dragons, you receive a total buyout for the recording. This means you have the perpetual right to use the recording for your project without any additional fees. However, please note that this buyout does not grant you exclusive rights to the voice-over.
Voice-over talents retain the right to work with other clients, including competitors, and to use their voice for other brands and projects. By purchasing a total buyout, you agree that you do not have exclusive ownership of the voice over, and the talent is free to pursue other opportunities without restrictions.
